The listing commission is between 4%. If Sell4less finds the buyer themselves without the help of another Broker, the total commission then drops to 3% total. The 4% commission fee only is applicable when there are two separate agents or Brokers involved. One representing the seller and the other representing the buyer. The buyer’s agent receives their normal commission incentive. Typically 2.5%
